You can fill out our online order form directly on our website. Once we receive your submission, we’ll review your request, confirm design details, and send you a proof and an invoice for approval before production begins.

2. Can I see what my design will look like before it’s made?

Absolutely. Every order includes a digital proof showing placement, sizing, and colors. You’ll have the opportunity to review and approve this proof before we move forward with production.

3. What types of products do you offer?

We specialize in custom apparel such as hoodies, t-shirts, hats, crewnecks, and vinyl decals. We also offer select promotional items and branded merchandise upon request.

4. Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes! We provide discounted pricing for bulk and corporate orders. The exact discount depends on the product type and quantity — just include the details in your order form, and we’ll provide a tailored quote.

5. What printing methods do you offer?

We offer multiple decoration methods including embroidery, vinyl printing, screen printing, and 3D puff embroidery. Each method is best suited for different materials and logo styles — we’ll help guide you to the right option.

6. How long does production take?

Production times vary depending on the size and complexity of your order. Typically, orders are completed within 2–3 weeks after final proof approval. Rush options may be available upon request.

7. Do you ship outside of Calgary?

Yes! We proudly serve clients across Western Canada. Shipping rates will vary depending on your location and order size.

8. Can I supply my own apparel for customization?

In most cases, yes — but please reach out before doing so. Certain materials and brands may not be suitable for our production methods.

9. What payment methods do you accept?

We accept credit/debit cards, e-transfers, and Shopify payments. Invoices are due before production begins.

10. Can I make changes after submitting my order?

Minor changes can be made before you approve your proof. Once production has started, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.
