Because every order we produce is custom-made, we are unable to offer refunds or returns once a proof has been approved and production has begun.

However, if your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damaged product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll review the issue and either replace or refund the affected items at no additional cost.
